Subscription Billing
Subscriptions are billed weekly after the order cutoff on Wednesdays at 10 pm. This allows GraceMade Kitchen to purchase ingredients and prepare meals intentionally for that week’s delivery.
Subscriptions are offered at a preferred weekly price for families who dine with GraceMade Kitchen on an ongoing basis.
Subscription pricing reflects Private Chef prepared meals, thoughtful sourcing, and delivery. Pricing remains consistent week to week to allow for intentional planning and quality preparation.
Pausing or Canceling
To allow for thoughtful planning and ingredient sourcing, subscriptions must be paused by Wednesday at 10 pm to apply to that week’s delivery. Once the cutoff has passed, that week’s order is finalized and cannot be changed or refunded.
Any updates to your subscription will apply to upcoming weeks moving forward.
Menus
Menus rotate weekly and are curated by the chef. Substitutions are not available within subscriptions.
Dietary Disclaimer
GraceMade Kitchen prepares meals in a licensed commercial kitchen where common allergens are present. While many meals are naturally gluten-free, we are unable to guarantee the absence of allergens.
Delivery
Deliveries are made Fridays between 10 am and 6 pm. GraceMade Kitchen is not responsible for food once it has been delivered unless otherwise arranged.
Delivery Responsibility
GraceMade Kitchen is not responsible for food quality or safety once an order has been delivered to the selected location. Customers are responsible for ensuring meals are received promptly or left in a safe, appropriate location.
Community Outreach
Each Friday evening, GraceMade Kitchen prepares and serves meals as part of our ongoing community outreach ministry. Delivery hours conclude by 6 pm in support of this work.
